A small business mastermind group is a collaborative community of entrepreneurs and business owners who come together regularly to share insights, solve challenges, and support each other's growth. By leveraging diverse experiences and perspectives, members gain valuable advice, accountability, and inspiration to achieve their business goals more effectively.

Meet weekly on Zoom with your group led by an elite ISM business coach.

1. Ask your questions beforehand in a form so that the coach can be prepared.

2. Pay monthly with a 12-week minimum (3 month) commitment to the group.

3. Bonus access to selected ISM business planning tools and programs.

A mastermind is a small group of people (generally about 10 members) who share the same values, come from similar backgrounds or have the same goal in mind. At ISM, we call these Entrepreneur Circles. These groups are open for rolling admission with a minimum three month agreement and a month-to-month commitment after that.

Connector: $497.77/month = three-month minimum commitment paid monthly.

Collaborator: $797.77/month = three-month minimum commitment paid monthly.

Visionary: $1,497.77/month = three-month minimum commitment paid monthly.

CUSTOM OPTIONS AVAILABLE.

We are selective about who serve in this intimate setting and generally create Circles with non-competing industries. Knowing there may be a version of competition within your circle, there will be opportunities for lessons learned. Applications are required, and we are hand-selecting individuals for each group.

A mastermind is a small, select, qualified group of business owners who share the same business values, come from similar backgrounds or have the same goals in mind regarding resilience or growth for their business. Our ISM Masterminds are group coaching circles that allow for both open, private discussion and hot seat coaching for each participant. There is not a curriculum delivered, but specific business TOOLS are offered to support the group as needed from our extensive library of resources.

At ISM, we have identified 4 stages within entrepreneurship, and you can be in any of these to join one of our CIRCLES:

Idea Stage

Startup Stage

Growth Stage

Resilience/Crisis Stage

For Startup Stage, you should have at least 2 employees, including yourself.

Once you are at the Growth Stage, we suggest that you have at least 3 employees, including yourself. This could include contracted services.

We suggest that your business cashflow be at these annual revenue markers or above in order to be addressing the same level of business issues as other members. If you are not quite there or well above this number, please request an appointment to discuss.

Idea Stage, solopreneur: zero - $50,000

Startup Stage: $50,000 - $200,000

Growth Stage: $200,000 - $5,000,000 or more

Resilience/Crisis: $25,000 or more

You can absolutely refer colleagues to the mastermind! Their applications will be reviewed and they will be hand-selected to join a particular Circle. Your request to have them join yours will be taken into consideration.

Group members will learn about your business through this type of communication. Please don’t cold pitch members during meetings. You may always, unconditionally, offer your business expertise and support during meetings when working through issues. All coaching options require a three-month commitment. When you sign up for your first three months, you sign a contract committing to the terms while still paying once each month

Yes. These groups are open for rolling admission with a minimum three month commitment. After your first 3 months, you may choose to register for another 3, 6, or maybe 12. If you would like to pay in full for an entire year at any time, you will receive two months for free!

When you sign up for a coaching experience with ISM you are committing to spending a minimum of three months inside your business as one of our elite coaches guides you to reach your goals. After the first three months, your contract transitions to a month-to-month commitment. You may cancel anytime after the first three months with 30 days notice before your next payment is due.

If you get sick, need to take care of a family member or are going on vacation and need to take a break, we are happy to pause your coaching until you’re ready to come back. Your payments will continue if you are still in the first three months of your commitment. Once you’ve paid your first three months, payments will pause until you’re ready to come back to coaching. If you have to pause coaching within the first three months, you will have a credit with ISM for the number of months coaching that you missed while you were paying your three contracted months of installments.
