Capacity Building Tour Program
Program Overview
Capacity Building Tour Program© is an educational/training program designed to enhance leadership and entrepreneurial skills.
The program is offered in three tracks:
Entrepreneurs;
Entrepreneurship Support Organizations (ESO) or Economic Development Organizations (EDO)
SME development or connections
Program is organized by options of one, two, or three cities, and customized. In addition to structured training and coaching sessions, the program offers networking opportunities with ESO, and a narrow focus on a new concept related to entrepreneurship from startup to scaleup or Resilience or any specific topic. Sponsored by government and economic development agency, community organizers/organizations, and individuals.
Program Sessions depending on the group can includsome of the following items.
The program is scheduled for a duration of one week (up to 14 days). Our approach for the project activities includes the following:
Daily facilitated structured training sessions
Daily coaching and training
Mentorship and networking with others
Culture visits
Entrepreneur Support Organizations (ESO) collaborations to network with entrepreneurs
A narrow focus on a new concept related to entrepreneurship from startup to scaleup
Based on the track: ISM usually utilize the Resilient Entrepreneur Program, or FastTrack, or Exploring Entrepreneurship, or Growth Wheel, or Curriculum Development, or Ecosystem Building Program or a blend of all any other ISM programs depends on the maturity of the business and the need. Other missions have included: pitching session or training, fund-raising connections or customers or partnership introduction meetings.
We will also include guest speakers/mentors to share and discuss with the participants their own journey. The last portion of the program will be 2-3 visits to Entrepreneurship Support Organizations in which we meet with additional entrepreneurs for discussions and networking. We will also include several activities on the U.S. culture including visiting museums.

The Kauffman FastTrac Program®
The FastTrac program is an intensive, eight to ten-week program that prepares serious entrepreneurs to open their business by planning and writing a business plan. ISM, a certified FastTrac® affiliate and licensee, provides the course in an interactive, group-orientated environment in which participants network with one another to bolster their business knowledge and ideas.

Business Coaching Program
Business Coaching Program, is a three months to 12 months program where we work on Money, Market or Management which have over 40 specific topics such as leadership, customer segments, operations, finance,….
Special Capacity Building Tour Programs
Based by popular demand in the past, we've coordinated and organized several trips from investors to pitch competition to government officials, and everything else in between to foster a collaborations understanding or potential learnings. These trips have always ranged from one week to do, and we've done in both ways to the US or from the US to a foreign country.
Exploring Entrepreneurship Program©
Exploring Entrepreneurship Program is a seven-session program ranging from three days bootcamp to five weeks, engaging immigrants and minorities in exploring business ideas in the U.S market. It is a micro-enterprise (solopreneur) focused program. Sponsored by government and economic development agency, community organizers, and individuals.
