Top Six Programs

Capacity Building Tour Program© is an educational/training program designed to enhance leadership and entrepreneurial skills.

The program is offered in three tracks:

1) Entrepreneurs;

2) Entrepreneurship Support Organizations (ESO) or Economic Development Organizations (EDO)

3) SME development or connections

Program is organized by options of one, two, or three cities, and customized. In addition to structured training and coaching sessions, the program offers networking opportunities with ESO, and a narrow focus on a new concept related to entrepreneurship from startup to scaleup or Resilience or any specific topic. Sponsored by government and economic development agency, community organizers/organizations, and individuals.

Program Sessions depending on the group can includsome of the following items.

The program is scheduled for a duration of one week (up to 14 days). Our approach for the project activities includes the following:

  • Daily facilitated structured training sessions

  • Daily coaching and training

  • Mentorship and networking with others

  • Culture visits

  • Entrepreneur Support Organizations (ESO) collaborations to network with entrepreneurs

  • A narrow focus on a new concept related to entrepreneurship from startup to scaleup

Based on the track: ISM usually utilize the Resilient Entrepreneur Program, or FastTrack, or Exploring Entrepreneurship, or Growth Wheel, or Curriculum Development, or Ecosystem Building Program or a blend of all any other ISM programs depends on the maturity of the business and the need. Other missions have included: pitching session or training, fund-raising connections or customers or partnership introduction meetings.

We will also include guest speakers/mentors to share and discuss with the participants their own journey. The last portion of the program will be 2-3 visits to Entrepreneurship Support Organizations in which we meet with additional entrepreneurs for discussions and networking. We will also include several activities on the U.S. culture including visiting museums.


Capacity Building Tour Program

The Capacity Building Tour Program brings international participants to the U.S. for one to two weeks or takes U.S. groups abroad.

Designed for entrepreneurship support organizations (ESOs) and economic development organizations (EDOs), the program combines half-day training sessions with half-day cultural tours.

Featured cities include Detroit, Michigan, Washington D.C., Texas, and California, with collaborations in Egypt, Uzbekistan, and beyond, fostering global partnerships and insights into economic development and entrepreneurial ecosystems.


The Kauffman FastTrac Program®

The FastTrac program is an intensive, eight to ten-week program that prepares serious entrepreneurs to open their business by planning and writing a business plan. ISM, a certified FastTrac® affiliate and licensee, provides the course in an interactive, group-orientated environment in which participants network with one another to bolster their business knowledge and ideas.

We can deploy this program in your community immediately. We have built an online tools to support the business planning much easier on the entrepreneurs.

Train of Trainer © Program

The Program offers specialized training for facilitators in entrepreneurship and SME economic development, featuring a tailored

Train the Trainer module to empower individuals in supporting small businesses. This program aids entrepreneurial support organizations and economic development groups, equipping them to better meet the needs of startups and small businesses.

Through targeted training, facilitators help entrepreneurs overcome challenges, create strategies, and reach their goals, ultimately driving growth in the small business sector, a key driver of economic development.


Business Coaching Program

Our Business Coaching Program provides immediate deployment options for entrepreneurs and small business owners in your community or as part of a technical assistance initiative.

This specific program, however, is tailored to strengthen support systems, making it ideal for those aiding SME and entrepreneurship development.

Business coaching and support services are crucial tools, empowering entrepreneurs to launch and grow businesses effectively, thereby contributing significantly to local economic growth and sustainability in entrepreneurship ecosystems.

Resilient Entrepreneur Program

Our Resilient Entrepreneur Program© is crafted to support leaders and entrepreneurs in sustaining their businesses amid crises.

Offered as a licensed program, it empowers organizations to deliver tailored support and training within their own communities, expanding its impact. With flexible, customizable options, comprehensive training, and ongoing support, licensees are equipped to meet local needs effectively. We are excited to extend this impactful program globally, aiding small business success and community resilience.


Exploring Entrepreneurship Program©

The Exploring Entrepreneurship Program is a seven-session initiative, spanning from a three-day bootcamp to a five-week course, designed to help immigrants and minorities explore business ideas within the U.S. market.

Focused on micro-enterprise (solopreneurship), the program empowers participants to assess and develop viable ventures.

Supported by government agencies, economic development organizations, community groups, and individual sponsors, it provides essential resources and guidance to those seeking to launch or strengthen small businesses.
