Our Approach

ISM Methodology and Approach

ISM’s approach to projects, as with all our collaborations, begins with a foundation of thorough information sharing. We strive to deepen our understanding of the project's specifics and collaboratively develop a strategic plan. Our methodology is structured around five key phases: Define, Plan, present, Implement, and Adjust.

This process ensures a focus on continuous quality improvement. Throughout the program, we consistently evaluate results and make necessary adjustments in real-time to align with our client success criteria.
