ISM is not a new or emerging entity we have been operating with integrity and impact for over 22 years. While we have previously collaborated with select representatives in specific regions, currently, no third-party or external organization is authorized to represent ISM or any of its sub-brands anywhere in the world.

This includes, but is not limited to, any groups or individuals attempting to operate under names like “ISM MENA” or using any similarly styled branding to imply affiliation with ISM.

Let it be unequivocally clear: we will pursue the maximum legal penalties against any individuals or organizations found to be misusing, misleading, or exploiting our brand. This includes legal action not only against those directly involved, but also against any organizations or institutions that contract or collaborate with them.

To those engaging in these actions, we formally demand that you cease and desist immediately or be prepared to face the consequences.

All financial transactions, agreements, and partnerships must be reviewed and approved directly by ISM’s headquarters in Michigan, USA, under the leadership of our Founder and CEO, Faris Alami.
