Ocie Irons is the principal of Ironbridge Development Company. A master facilitator, his 25-year career has centered on helping business owners and entrepreneurs focus on strategic objectives, alignment of human and capital resources to goals, and leadership accountability. Ocie excels at connecting dots, people and ideas, specializing in business planning, strategic coaching, process improvement, leadership development, customer loyalty, goal planning and execution, business development, and individual/organizational assessments.

STEFAN SYSKO, 

BUSINESS COACH

An entrepreneur with a diverse background and 20+ years of experience, Stefan Sysko has been a consultant, advisor and mentor to dozens of start-ups and hundreds of small businesses. 

Through a strategic partnership with metro Detroit-based Poco Labs, Stefan helps companies with concept development, consumer research and product design. He is President and coach at New Enterprise Forum, where he helps technology startups perfect their pitch and be 'investment-ready'. Stefan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wayne State University and an MBA from Eastern Michigan University
