Focus on the Big Goal
While it is hard to focus on anything these days, we’ve heard from entrepreneurs and leaders globally that some “old” methodologies can help you overcome the obstacles you might be facing. We share many of them in our weekly calls, and will continue to listen to confirm that these steps do provide support and help.
We’ve never intended this blog or any of our communications as telling anyone what to do or how to do it. We simply ask you to think about it, explore the ideas we discuss, and see what comes of it.
As we go through this pandemic and to look forward to the future, you might want to think about your organization or business. You might have already been forced, based on circumstances, to rethink your business model or how you deliver programs or services.
But you might also want to think about creating and leveraging the network you already have. Leverage the relationships you’ve built over the years. Staying connected in the virtual world is even more relevant today, since you don’t have the opportunity to see them, to say hello here and there.
Think about creating clear goals and living in the moment. In time of crisis, it becomes more important to think like an entrepreneur. Think about what’s happening now, and little bit less of creating systems - because we don’t know what could change tomorrow (and it CAN change tomorrow), and you want to be flexible to modify the new model that you just created.
What will it look like for you to continue with the new or modified path? Do you need to revisit one more time when the pandemic is over?
