TROY, MICHIGAN, [January 14, 2026]  – Dr. Christopher Washington has joined International Strategic Management (ISM) as Senior Fellow for Intrapreneurial Leadership and Organizational Innovation.

Dr. Washington is a distinguished strategic leader and academic executive with more than three decades of experience strengthening nonprofit, higher education, and mission-driven organizations. He currently serves with the Innovative Leadership Institute and previously held the role of Provost at Franklin University, where he led large-scale academic innovation, workforce-aligned program development, and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. His work has focused on helping institutions design adaptive, high-performing systems that align people, processes, and purpose.

Dr. Washington will serve ISM as a Global Architect of Organizational Innovation, advancing ISM’s work in intrapreneurial leadership, institutional resilience, and systems-level transformation. His focus areas will include:

Developing intrapreneurial leaders and teams that drive innovation, adaptability, and sustained organizational performance

Strengthening workplace cultures that support experimentation, continuous learning, and long-term resilience

Advising executives and institutions on building anti-fragile human performance systems capable of leveraging disruption as a source of growth

Informing the design of global programs at the intersection of entrepreneurship, intrapreneurship, workforce development, and organizational innovation
