ISM GELA Program overview 

Global Entrepreneurship and Leadership Accelerator Program is a 3 months cohort style entrepreneurship programs that targets startups who are already engaged in the entrepreneurial ecosystem in their home country such as being part of incubation and acceleration programs.

Programs Description

The GELA program is a 3 months cohort style takes from 2 participants up to 15 participants and structured into three phases: 1) kick off at the home country of the participants, 2) U.S. visit, 3) closure at the home country of the participants.  The kicks off includes one day workshop at the home country of the participants, followed by a weekly coaching and mentoring sessions on one-to-one basis and group coaching. The U.S. visit included two weeks intensive hands on experience to learn how to develop business plan and network with the ecosystem. It includes daily coaching and mentoring sessions as well as visits to local resources including entrepreneurial ecosystem players. The closure includes a one-day workshop and closure ceremony at the home country of the participants
